Colored Pencils

I'm a bit sick of digital art right now; it takes too long, and I'm never happy with the results, so I decided to try more traditional stuff. I got some nice colored pencils, and this is what I've managed while experimenting.
These are just my very first attempts, so they're far from good, but, whatever.
Left-right (oldest-newest)
The first one is Aaron. I have no comment, other than I'm still having trouble with his skin tone.
Next to that is Carson. I'm not happy with his skin either, but this is mostly because I tried to mix too many colors. I apoloigize; I'm still new to this.
Next is Lombax!Apsis. I didn't realize how difficult his fur color would be; gray and blue don't mix well. I redesigned him a little to go with his new story.
Last of the top row is a Lombax character I rarely draw: Magnya. Her coloring was much easier.
First of the bottom row is a character I haven't named. Her last name is Garrod, and that's as far as I've gotten. She's Aaron and Carson's boss, but other than that I haven't really set her story down. I haven't even really designed her yet, either, but I wanted to work with as many colors/skin tones as I could, so I added her in anyway.
Next to that is Alex. I haven't really designed him either, but since I'd already designed his twin brother (the guy left to him), and his son (not saying who that is, but they look just like each other, so, if I've drawn them both right, it should be obvious), I figured it wouldn't be difficult. He's older in current storyline; he's probably seventeen/eighteen here.
Like I said, next to him is his twin brother, Allen, and Allen's partner, Spencer. They too should be seventeen here.
